1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Skyguard mobile application and related services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Skyguard monitors the fares of flights you have already booked. When you forward a booking confirmation, we track that fare over time and, if the price drops, we file a claim with the relevant airline to recover the difference as a travel credit, voucher, or refund on your behalf. Skyguard is an independent savings tool. It is not an airline, travel agency, or ticket seller, and it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any airline.

3. Eligibility & Accounts

To use the Service, you may need to create an account and forward booking information to us. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, complete information and to keep it up to date, and that you are authorized to submit any booking you forward to us.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Skyguard is offered as a paid membership. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account and, where applicable, renew automatically until cancelled. You can view current pricing in the app before subscribing and manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Submit bookings you are not authorized to manage or claim against.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's servers, networks, or infrastructure.
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Service through automated means without our written consent.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are the exclusive property of Skyguard and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Fare Monitoring & Credit Claims

While we work hard to detect price drops and file claims promptly, Skyguard does not guarantee that any particular fare will drop, that a claim will be approved, or that you will receive any specific amount of savings. Credits, vouchers, and refunds are issued at the sole discretion of the airline and are subject to that airline's fare rules and policies. Fare data is sourced from third parties and may be subject to delays or errors.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skyguard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including without limitation lost savings, denied claims, or reliance on information provided through the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by other appropriate means. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
