1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Skyguard mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Skyguard provides flight tracking, real-time status updates, gate change notifications, and airport information services. The App aggregates publicly available flight data and presents it in a user-friendly format. Skyguard is an informational tool and is not a substitute for official airline communications.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update it as necessary.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers, networks, or infrastructure.
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the App through automated means without our written consent.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are the exclusive property of Skyguard and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. Flight Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date flight information, Skyguard does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any flight data displayed in the App. Flight information is sourced from third-party providers and may be subject to delays or errors. Always verify critical flight details directly with your airline.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skyguard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. This includes, without limitation, damages for missed flights, travel disruptions, or reliance on information provided through the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately, and you must delete all copies of the App from your devices.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or by other appropriate means. Your continued use of the App after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
